Zohar operates in Cyprus for nearly five years. It is participating and often gains tenders at
CYTA (Cyprus Telecommunication Authority).

Zohar established a local Company and collaborates with other local companies that

work in the same field. Hundreds of tons of material were bought and partly recycled in
Cyprus itself.

Croatia and Hungary
Zohar operate in these countries on an opportunity base by collaboration with local people.
Within the last three years, hundreds of tons of materiel have been purchased.

Jordan
Zohar used to have a company and recycling site in Jordan. The company bought material
by direct tenders from Jordanian Telecom Company JTC and brought in material from Israel
to conduct recycling.
Because of the recent political environment, this activity was terminated.

Germany
Since one year ago, Zohar began working within Germany, concentrated on former East
Germany. Several Central exchanges were bought and dismantled by Zohar employees.

Turkey
Zohar operates in Turkey for nearly Two years. It is participating and often gains tenders at
Hurda (Turkey Authority). Zohar established a local Company and collaborates with other
local companies that work in the same field. Hundreds of tons of material were bought and
partly recycled in Turkey itself.

Zohar operated in other countries too that because of business reasons, this is not the
